The Technical personnel responsibility is to design & deploy strategic IT systems infrastructure and to provide services which includes Local or Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) Infrastructure, undertake setting up of Business Recovery Planning (BCP) & Automation, performed Data Recovery & Remote System Manageability, install innovative Wireless & VoIP solutions, implement SAN/MAN/VPN across platform and also commission broad spectrum of Network Security across customers’ Enterprise-wide Infrastructure etc. You should posses the following attributes:

· Diploma, Degree or other relevant qualifications and/or recognized IT certifications
· Fresh graduate may apply but those with experience will be an added advantage
· Well verse in handling Project Management, detailed analytical skills with good diagnostic skills
· You should have good knowledge, wide exposure, expertise & skillset and good technical capabilities
· Strong leader qualities, attentive to details, good customer service delivery and with correct attitude and commitment
· If needs be, you are to provide comprehensive 24x7 Systems Administration and Annual Maintenance Support coverage.

The Sales Personnel responsibility is to source for potential new customers as well as attending & managing those existing ones. You should be self-driven in pursuit of excellence, resilience character, integrity personality, innovative ideas, good communication skills (verbal and written) and a team-player. You should posses the following requirements:

· GCE O / A or Diploma, Degree or other relevant qualifications
· Fresh graduate may apply but those with IT experience will be an added advantage
· Familiar with latest trend and technologies such as Networking, Internet, Communications, Wireless etc are valued
· You are to assist all sales activities, preparation of proposals, RFQ, inquiries and attending to customers’ needs or requirements
· Strong customer service delivery is utmost importance coupled with correct attitude and commitment
